Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe in Atlantic City is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead bartenders, servers, hosts and bussers in a high-volume casual dining setting. You will ensure guest satisfaction, drive sales and uphold all brand standards and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a supervisory role, strong food-handling knowledge, and bartending experience is a plus. You will coach staff, schedule shifts, and support cafe leadership to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Supervisory role with high volume exposure in a casual-themed, full-service restaurant.
• Bartending experience preferred.
• Influencing training is a plus and strong knowledge of food handling.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach hourly staff to become brand ambassadors and deliver industry-leading service.
• Greets employees at shift start to promote a positive work environment.
• Provide verbal recognition, direction and support to staff.
• Motivate employees daily with a positive attitude and open communication.
• Communicate procedures to staff and help implement improvements.
• Evaluate work procedures with managers and identify efficiency improvements.
• Train and empower staff to exercise good judgment in guest service decisions.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures.
• Collect feedback from customers and staff to identify strengths and opportunities.
• Create and modify weekly schedules to match volume and trends.
• Present a professional image to guests and stakeholders.
• Uphold brand standards and corporate values in daily operations.
