Job summary

Enchantment Resort's Mii amo spa seeks a Front of House Supervisor for Hummingbird Restaurant. You will lead service teams, oversee inventory, and drive guest satisfaction with a focus on quality and consistency.

In this role, you will train staff, schedule shifts, manage costs, and act as an ambassador for the resort, collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Enchantment's signature property in Sedona, AZ.

Qualifications

• Equivalent related work related experience and/or training.
• Prefer 1 year prior supervisory skills and hotel/resort food and beverage operations experience.
• Must have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with ease.
• Computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front of House operations for Hummingbird Restaurant and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in coordinating new ideas in guest service, service training and product enhancement.
• Interview, train and supervise staff; schedule according to business needs.
• Control inventory and order liquor, beer and wine for Hummingbird operations.
• Maintain inventories for food, beverage and small wares and ensure health and safety standards.
• Foster teamwork and act as an ambassador of Enchantment & Mii amo.
