Job summary

Enchantment Resort in Sedona, AZ seeks an energetic Front of House Supervisor for our Food & Beverage outlets. You will supervise outlets, assist in guest service enhancements, and coach staff to Forbes standards while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, controlling labor and beverage costs, scheduling staff, conducting performance reviews, and collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience in hospitality.
• Prior supervisory skills and hotel/resort F&B operations experience.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outlets to ensure compliance with management objectives and safety.
• Control inventory and order liquor, beer and wine for outlet operations.
• Oversee supplies, small wares, and equipment for proper operation.
• Perform monthly inventories and maintain service levels.
• Train staff to Forbes Standards and manage scheduling.
• Attend weekly labor meetings and lead department meetings.
• Monitor labor, food, and beverage costs and drive profitability.
