Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist management in all aspects of restaurant operation.
• Maintain food quality, sanitation and safety standards.
• Supervise hourly associates and provide coaching daily.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and laws.
• Oversee FOH training and onboarding for new hires.
