Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to join Lincoln Social Rooftop in Columbus, OH. The role supports the management team to maintain high standards of food production, presentation, sanitation and service, while mentoring hourly staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to professional appearance, cleanliness and proper uniform.
• Maintains and promotes company culture and philosophies.
• Ensures all products meet proper specifications.
• Maintains restaurant sanitation to exceed Health Dept. standards.
• Manages hourly staff and conducts evaluations and daily check-ins.
• Communicates timely and professionally with key stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with unemployment, food handling and alcohol service laws.
• Oversees HOH training and onboarding.
