Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule. Uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and cleaned.
• Exemplifies hospitality standards. Answers guest's questions about the restaurant and handles requests with guest satisfaction as priority.
• Cooperates with management and co-workers to assist others with duties and communicates suggestions for improvement.
• Follows all safety, health and sanitation guidelines and reports potentially unsafe conditions.
• Knows emergency procedures in the restaurant.
• Performs duties and follows standards as stated in the associate handbook.
