Tuk Tuk Boom in Madison, MS seeks a friendly Front of House team member to deliver great guest experiences. Prior FOH experience is not required but strongly preferred; open availability is essential for a growing brand.

You will take orders at the register, make cocktails with training, run food, and help keep the front of house tidy and welcoming. Pay starts at $8.50/hour plus tip pool, with raises after 90 days and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn the menu and its ingredients.
• Open availability and a positive, guest-focused attitude are valued.

Job Description: A Front of House staff member is a vibrant position in our team. Menu & beverage knowledge leads to a great guest experience. Warm welcomes and excellent customer service is vital to returning customers. Prior front of house experience is not required, but strongly preferred. Looking for someone with open availability ready to be a part of a growing brand. There are many opportunities for growth within the company, as well.

Job Duties include (but are not limited to):

• taking orders at the register
• making cocktails (specific training)
• running food
• handing out togo's
• keeping the front stocked
• bathroom maintenance
• cleaning and maintaining of front of house equipment, bar area, floor, etc

Job Requirements: Prior front of house experience is not required, but strongly preferred. Must be able to:

• learn the menu and its ingredients
• have a warm personality
• self-motivated
• sense of urgency

Pay starts at $8.50 per hour plus tip pool. (Average range is $6-8/hour in tips). Employees are eligible for an hourly wage increase after completion of 90 days and employee evaluation.
