Job Description

Our FOH staff is the face of our company. Menu & beverage knowledge leads to a great guest experience. Warm welcomes and excellent customer service is vital to returning customers. Prior front of house experience is not required, but strongly preferred. We have a strong front of house team in place, and we are looking for someone with open availability ready to be a part of a growing brand. There are many opportunities for growth within the company, as well.

Job Duties

• taking orders at the register
• making cocktails
• running food to tables
• running togo counter/window
• checking togo bags
• keeping the front stocked
• bathroom maintenance
• cleaning and maintaining of front of house equipment, bar area, floor, etc

Job Requirements

Prior front of house experience is not required, but strongly preferred. Must be willing to learn the menu and its ingredients, the bar and its recipes, and have a warm personality. Must be 21+ to apply for this position due to alcohol requirements.

Pay starts at $8.50 per hour plus tip pool. (Average range is $6-8/hour in tips). Employees are eligible for an hourly wage increase after completion of 90 days and employee evaluation.
