Job summary

Do-Rite Donuts - West Loop is hiring an Hourly FOH Supervisor to help run shifts with opening/closing duties, POS access and timekeeping, and to consistently deliver an exceptional guest and employee experience. You will support the management team, supervise FOH staff, and contribute to our Culture of Caring.

The role involves scheduling, training support, ensuring food safety, and maintaining quality and presentation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise FOH teams to perform smooth and efficient daily shifts, ensuring an exceptional guest and employee experience, including opening/closing shifts and POS/timekeeping supervision.
• Provide supervision and guidance to leadership of hourly employees while fostering our Culture of Caring.
• Respond to guest and employee needs and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Support management with training, development and retention of team members.
• Balance and maintain security of all cash banks and assist in inventory of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and alcohol management policies.
