Do-Rite Donuts in Chicago seeks Lead Employees to train front of house and back of house staff while upholding guest service standards. The role requires mentoring colleagues, maintaining service quality, and assisting with openings as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front of house (FOH) staff.
• Ability to train and develop staff in a fair and respectful manner.
• Willingness to work a variety of hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote teamwork across all teams.
• Ensure guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate needs.
• Greet guests warmly and respond to guest needs with courtesy.
• train and develop employees, maintain LEYE standards of service.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and sales reconciliation.
• Assist with training staff at new restaurant openings.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and restaurant policies.
• Stand in for staff as needed and multi-task under pressure.
