Job summary

Do-Rite Donuts - Willis Tower is hiring Hourly FOH Supervisors to lead front-of-house shifts, manage POS and timekeeping, and uphold our guest-first culture. You will supervise FOH teams, ensure smooth daily operations, and support management with training and scheduling.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to service quality in a fast casual setting. This position is on-site in Chicago, with varied shifts and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front-of-house teams.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale and timekeeping functions.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional guest and employee experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise FOH teams during shifts, assign tasks, monitor staffing, and manage breaks and floor coverage.
• Provide guidance to hourly employees and support management.
• Respond to guest and employee needs promptly and professionally.
• Back up FOH and BOH as needed and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
