Do-Rite Donuts & Chicken at Willis Tower in Chicago is hiring Lead Employees to train front of house and back of house teams and to uphold guest service standards. The role includes updating training materials and ensuring staff meet LEYE standards.

Leaders will direct, coach and develop employees, balance cash and help ensure smooth operations across all shifts while maintaining safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Lead Employees will train front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) staff.
• Must maintain guest service standards and update training materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead training for FOH/BOH staff and uphold LEYE standards.
• Direct, train and develop employees in a fair and dignified manner.
• Secure and reconcile cash drawer; balance sales/receipts per policies.
• Openings support at new restaurant locations.
