What You’ll Do

As the Front‑of‑House Shift Manager, you’ll be the face of our restaurant during your shift—you’ll lead service, cultivate a welcoming environment, and support a rockstar team.

• Lead & inspire the FOH crew—servers, hosts, bartenders.
  
• Deliver outstanding guest service from greeting through farewell.
  
• Open/close operations, including sidework, cash handling, and shift reporting.
  
• Manage guest flow efficiently—handle reservations, seating, and waitlists.
  
• Handle guest concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction.
  
• Maintain FOH cleanliness—dining area, restrooms, POS and bar.

• Support BOH staff with food coordination and quality checks.
  
• Coach & train staff on procedures, menu knowledge, and hospitality best practices.
  
• Assist in inventory and ordering for FOH supplies.
  
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and our brand standards.

This is a part time position that will transition to full time.
