The Smoked Culture in Sioux Falls is seeking a full-time Front of House team member who is warm, reliable, and comfortable talking with guests. You’ll help keep a fast-casual dining room welcoming and organized, greeting guests, taking orders, serving, and running food.

We offer a competitive $45,000–$50,000/year salary with tips and perks based on experience, in a friendly, small-team environment. Schedule includes Tue–Sat, 12:30–8:30 PM, with Sundays and Mondays off.

Full-Time Front of House

The Smoked Culture is looking for the right person to join our team full-time.

We’re a fast-casual BBQ restaurant, but the experience we give our guests is anything but basic. We believe in taking care of people...greeting them, learning their names, keeping the dining room cared for, checking in, running food, anticipating what guests need, and making sure everyone who walks through our doors feels welcome.

Relationships matter here. Everyone has a seat at our table.

Schedule:

• Tuesday–Saturday, 12:30–8:30 PM
• Sundays + Mondays off
• Full-time, consistent schedule

$45,000–$50,000/year depending on experience + tips/other perks if applicable.
