Job summary

Little Miss BBQ in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an FOH Hourly Manager to lead shifts and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This hands-on role focuses on coaching staff, maintaining high hospitality standards, and ensuring smooth service in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front-of-house or restaurant leadership experience; high volume or fast-casual experience preferred.
• Cash-handling and POS experience.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop hourly team members into future leaders.
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification, Title 4 Alcohol certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Reliable, organized, and accountable.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to stand and move for the full shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

THE ROLE
