Carolina's Mexican Food, Inc. is seeking an experienced FOH Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will lead a team, ensure service quality, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across locations.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to hospitality. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to train teams and lead effectively.
• Strong knowledge and passion for food and beverage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing front‑of‑house operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Team Management and Development: Lead, motivate, and manage both hourly and management staff, conducting hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Guest Experience: Ensure all guests receive exceptional service and promptly address feedback or issues.
• Financial Management: Assist GM in meeting financial objectives and driving sales to budgeted goals.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
