Carolina’s Mexican Food, Inc. is seeking an experienced FOH Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness while guiding a team through opening, service, and close procedures.

You will develop staff, enhance guest experiences, assist the General Manager with budgeting and sales goals, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and training staff.
• Knowledge and passion for food and beverage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours at multiple locations.
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and standards.
• Lead hourly and management staff; hire, train, evaluate.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and address feedback.
• Support General Manager with budgeting and cost control.
