The Vineyard & Clinton Keith Rd Chick-fil-A is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to guide daily operations, lead by example, and help develop team members while delivering fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities include overseeing speed of service, guest satisfaction, training, opening/closing shifts, and maintaining brand standards; candidates should embody hospitality, teamwork, and a servant’s heart.

Job Summary

Shift leads the restaurant in accomplishing the Operator's personal vision and vision for the business. Represents the restaurant as the shift leader of The Vineyard & Clinton Keith Rd. FSU Chick-fil-A. Assists the leadership team in the development of team members. Directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store including:

• Speed of Service
• Customer Evaluation Metrics
• Food Waste
• Restaurant Evaluation Standards

A Shift Leader is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They must demonstrate strong character traits such as hospitality, kindness, positivity, a strong desire to teach, lead and mentor, trustworthiness and dependability on a daily basis, as well as take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
