The Vineyard & Clinton Keith Rd Chick-fil-A is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to guide daily operations, lead by example, and help develop team members while delivering fast, friendly service.
Responsibilities include overseeing speed of service, guest satisfaction, training, opening/closing shifts, and maintaining brand standards; candidates should embody hospitality, teamwork, and a servant’s heart.

Shift leads the restaurant in accomplishing the Operator's personal vision and vision for the business. Represents the restaurant as the shift leader of The Vineyard & Clinton Keith Rd. FSU Chick-fil-A. Assists the leadership team in the development of team members. Directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store including:
