Job summary

Chick-fil-A West Acres in Fargo, ND is seeking a store leader who motivates teams, engages guests, and upholds high standards of quality and service.

You will coach a 10-20 person team, open or close shifts, and support daily operations while prioritizing member development and compliance with store policies.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher required; 2+ years of relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong leadership and customer service mindset.

This role requires ownership, initiative, sound judgment, and a sense of urgency to ensure priorities are executed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of 10-20 people at a time
• Engage with guests, vendors, and business partners
• Learn and engage with business systems
• Other duties as assigned

Availability Requirements

• Able to work between 25-45 hours a week
• Able to open (5 AM) or close (11 PM)
• Able to work Fridays and/or Saturdays

Other Requirements

• Associates Degree or higher (2+ years of relevant professional experience can be considered)
• Reliable method of transportation
