Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage Front of House staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered to guests. You will drive guest satisfaction, coaching, scheduling, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Front of House operations.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus.
• Ability to train and coach staff, and manage scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with employment policies; oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide Front of House training and develop staff performance through evaluations and coaching.
• Manage Front of House employees and lead weekly scheduling and task assignment.
• Control liquor orders and liquor costs; enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Develop key employees and assistant managers through daily feedback and one-on-ones.
• Review applications, interview, and hire Front of House staff.
• Create a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and incentives.
• Provide daily feedback on performance; guide staff through events and promotions.
• Forecast and direct daily operations during operating hours.
