Job summary

Mi Cocina Chapel Hill - Ft Worth, TX is hiring a restaurant manager to lead planning, training and daily operations. You will drive sales, food quality, service standards and guest satisfaction while developing the team and maintaining costs and schedules.

Qualified candidates bring strong leadership, excellent communication and at least three years in front-of-house management, plus relevant certifications. This on-site role offers growth within M Crowd Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age.
• Manager’s Food Service Certification and Alcohol Server Certification.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• At least 3 years in front-of-house operations and/or assistant management.
• Good math skills and able to operate a cash register/POS.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook).
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to work about 55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing, training and leadership to hit sales, costs, retention and guest satisfaction goals.
• Ensure guests receive welcoming, responsive and courteous service at all times.
• Maintain food quality, portioning, cooking and serving standards per recipes.
• Schedule labor and manage staffing to meet business needs and labor targets.
• Provide and enforce adherence to policies, procedures and payroll processes.
• Develop staff through training and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and preventive maintenance compliance.
• Administer performance actions in line with company guidelines.
