Job summary

Mi Cocina Tulsa is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations, from food purchasing and prep to ensuring quality and sanitation standards. You will lead a team, manage line cooks and expediter, and drive cost control while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years across kitchen roles including food preparation, line cook, fry cook and expediter.
• At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel and guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to recipes and standards.
• Master all line cook stations and support team during peak hours.
• Prepare required paperwork and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; follow maintenance programs for equipment.
• Oversee product ordering, receiving, and adherence to storage procedures.
