Job summary

M Crowd Restaurant Group seeks a Restaurant Director to oversee planning, training and leadership across Mi Cocina and the group’s brands in the Dallas area. You will drive sales, food quality, guest service and cleanliness while managing costs and team development.

Responsibilities include staffing, payroll, policy adherence, safety and compliance, and delivering a positive, productive work environment that aligns with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Manager’s Food Service Certification and Alcohol Server Certification are required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service with 3+ years in FOH operations/assistant management.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register/POS.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Outlook.
• Stand/walk up to 8 hours; lift up to 30 pounds; long weekly hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing, training and leadership to hit sales, costs, guest service and cleanliness targets.
• Ensure guests receive welcoming, responsive, courteous service at all times.
• Ensure food and products are prepared and served per recipes and standards.
• Schedule labor to meet activity and cost objectives; manage payroll and reporting.
• Maintain equipment, sanitation and safety in FOH and BOH areas.
• Enforce policy, performance appraisals and corrective actions as needed.
• Comply with health, safety and labor regulations across the restaurant group.
• Provide guidance to Restaurant Director and help develop staff across brands.
