Responsibilities

• Understand policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training programs.
• Ensure guests receive welcome, responsive and courteous service.
• Ensure food and products are prepared and served to standard.
• Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality and cleanliness through training and positive environment.
• Maintain and supervise payroll, new hire documents and invoicing as needed.
• Schedule labor to meet business activity while controlling labor costs.
