Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides friendly service. The role involves keeping a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment and clocked-in shifts, while proactively assisting with tasks when not busy.

You will monitor food safety practices, support customer incidents resolution, and contribute to crew

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with restaurant office paperwork and administrative duties.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality food is served consistently.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer concerns.
• Maintain food safety by monitoring hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature and shelf lives.
• Support crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes.
• Assist with crew development, training, and performance reviews.
• Assist with administration tasks such as banking and office paperwork.
