You will keep the line organized, supervise shifts, and support office tasks while promoting proper food safety and customer service standards.

You will contribute to crew development, handle incidents, and help maintain equipment and supplies, with opportunities for advancement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, speak the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Schedule crew, shift changes, and line breaks, and train front-of-house staff.
• Help resolve customer incidents and food quality issues.
• Support office administration tasks and banking policies as needed.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
