Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. The role includes coordinating line operations, food safety practices, and staff development to deliver excellent service.

The position also involves assisting with administrative duties, equipment upkeep, and scheduling to support smooth restaurant operations. ADA accommodations are available upon request.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures is expected.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with proper hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and daily safety checklists.
• Address customer incidents and strive for positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train Front of House crew; assist with performance reviews.
