Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining safe, high‑quality food and guiding a trained crew. You will keep the line clean, operate equipment properly, and step in to support tasks when busy.

You’ll lead front‑of‑house training, help with crew performance reviews, and participate in office duties such as banking and inventory, while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and daily safety checklists.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are stocked as needed.
