Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. You will maintain a clean line with functioning equipment and supervise tasks when not busy.

Responsibilities include food safety, handling customer incidents, crew scheduling, and developing future leaders. The role also covers front-office duties and maintaining supply levels at the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Experience in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety practices and glove changes, time/temperature monitoring.
• Oversee crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration, banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and functional.
