Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by guaranteeing safe, high-quality food and trained crew members. The role involves maintaining a clean, organized line, supervising duties, and assisting with office tasks as needed.

You will help resolve food quality issues, monitor line activity, and participate in training to develop future Service Leaders while upholding Chipotle’s standards and policies across shifts.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and equipped; assist as needed when not busy.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; monitor crew performance.
