Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and a positive customer experience. You will keep the line clean, monitor equipment, and train the restaurant crew for excellent service.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, coordinating breaks, and supporting crew development while enforcing food safety standards and company policies. Prior restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required; familiarity with fast casual service.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Knowledge of office paperwork and routine admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew during shifts, monitor breaks and shift changes.
• Help recruit and develop front-of-house staff and assist with performance reviews.
• Support office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
