Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. The role includes keeping a clean line, supporting food safety practices, and assisting with crew development and office tasks to keep operations efficient.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant experience, a high school diploma, and strong knowledge of cash handling and health department standards.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, and daily safety checklist adherence.
• Assist with customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and ensure supplies are stocked.
