We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House (FOH) Restaurant Manager to join our Task Force team in Harbor Springs, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all front of house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily front of house operations including host, servers, bartenders, and bussers.
• Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
• Ensure smooth and efficient seating, order taking, and service flow to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and front of house stations.
