Position Summary:

The Front of House Manager is a key part of our leadership team, responsible for creating a seamless guest experience and supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the dining room and bar. You’ll coach and lead the FOH staff, handle real‑time problem‑solving, and help maintain the high standards that make our restaurant stand out.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring top‑notch service during high‑volume shifts
• Lead, train, and schedule hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff
• Manage floor presence and act as a service leader during peak hours
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hospitable environment
• Work closely with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager for smooth shift coordination
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor FOH inventory (supplies, service tools, bar stock, etc.)
• Track guest feedback and contribute ideas for service improvements
