Job summary

Sportech Venues Inc. seeks a Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead the dining room and bar teams, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier guest experiences. The role oversees hiring, training, scheduling, and performance of hosts, servers, and bartenders.

You will collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely meals, maintain cleanliness and brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction while managing labor and costs within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of front-of-house management in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to train and supervise diverse FOH staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining room and bar operations to ensure smooth service.
• Manage guest interactions, resolve complaints, and handle special requests.
• Recruit, train, and supervise FOH staff including hosts and servers.
• Schedule shifts and maintain staffing levels during peak hours.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance across FOH areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house for timely service.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures for FOH operations.
• Monitor cleanliness and ambiance to align with brand standards.
• Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists for efficiency.
• Support budgets for labor, supplies, and other costs.
