Job summary

K5 Hospitality is hiring a Front of House Manager for our modern Latin restaurant in Atlanta. You will lead a guest-focused service team in a high-volume, upscale setting.

We are seeking a hands-on leader with 3+ years of FOH management experience, fluent in Spanish and English, strong guest relations skills, and a proven ability to coach staff and collaborate with kitchen, bar, and management teams for seamless service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FOH management experience in upscale or high-volume dining.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficient in POS systems, reservations, and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house operations during service.
• Maintain elevated service standards across shifts.
• Lead, coach, and train staff to uphold brand standards.
• Manage seating, guest flow, and reservations; experience with Resy preferred.
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking team members.
• Foster a welcoming, energetic dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service.
