Qualifications

Demonstrated supervisory skills and ability to manage part-time staff.
Knowledge of ADA code requirements and accessibility policies.
Experience with budgeting, scheduling and event operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist House Manager with Front of House operations during events.
Supervise volunteer staff and coordinate guest services for guests with disabilities.
Maintain ADA compliance for ticketing, entrances and exits.
patrol front-of-house areas for safety and security; log incidents and notify Event MOD.
Assist with staff training on emergency plans and procedures.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
