ELS is hiring for the position of Front of House Manager in Marblehead, Ohio.

What you'll do:

Manage the staff and daily operations of our establishment, working cooperatively with all team members. You will be responsible for implementing our restaurant policies and procedures, and will participate in achieving our revenue objectives. Additionally, ensure staff compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, and that member needs are promptly met.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Assist in hiring, training, and supervising all staff.
2. Work with kitchen management to ensure all food safety procedures are strictly followed according to sanitary regulations.
3. Collaborate with management to meet revenue goals, maintain budgets, and implement strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales.
4. Maintain safe working conditions by adhering to safety procedures in accordance with laws.
5. Follow company policies regarding cash handling, property, products, and equipment.
6. Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability and order supplies as needed.
7. Manage daily operations independently and with other management team members.
8. Be accessible to guests and staff during peak hours.
