Job Title: Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant group’s operations. We are K to Z Collective, owners of West Ave Grille, Pizza Wheel, The Highland Restaurant & Bar, and Taco Kidz Food Truck. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring quality service, outstanding food, and maximizing profitability. You will also manage and motivate a team of staff members, ensuring they work together efficiently and effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.
- Enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations.
- Assist in executing menus to ensure they are appealing and satisfying to customers.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked.
- Train and manage staff, ensuring they are motivated, productive, and committed to excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer traffic.
