Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Duluth, GA is seeking a motivated restaurant manager to lead daily operations and drive profitability and efficiency. You will coach and develop team members, set the tone for the shift, and ensure top-quality customer service while upholding Chick-fil-A standards.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, strong character, initiative, urgency, and accountability across the team, including occasional leadership of mid-shifts and day-end close procedures.

A managers two main areas of focus are leading a shift to ensure profitability & efficiency in the daily operation of the business, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time (excellent opportunity for current college students looking for PT position)
