Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard is seeking a Front of House Manager to support daily operations, develop leaders and Team Members, and help deliver a consistently excellent guest experience.

Full-time role with 40+ hours per week, pay $20.00–$21.00 per hour, schedule based on business needs, Sundays off, and bonus opportunity. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees, free meals, scholarships up to $2,500/year, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in quick-service restaurants or a comparable setting.
• Experience coaching leaders and developing Team Members.
• Ability to oversee Front of House operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front of House shifts and support Shift Leaders in running daily operations.
• Coach Shift Leaders and Team Members on guest service, accuracy, speed, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Help develop a strong leadership pipeline by identifying growth opportunities and following up on training progress.
• Support new hire training and help ensure training standards are followed consistently.
• Observe performance, provide timely feedback, and participate in Team Member evaluations.
• Address performance and policy concerns in accordance with restaurant procedures, escalating serious concerns to senior leadership.
• Review completion of daily and weekly checklists and follow up on gaps.
• Respond to guest concerns and help the team resolve service issues.
• Partner with the leadership team on Team Member engagement and retention.
• Communicate operational trends, staffing concerns, and opportunities for improvement to senior leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
