Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard is seeking a Front of House Training Shift Leader to lead shifts, coach Team Members, and help new hires build the skills and confidence to serve our guests well. This full-time role offers hourly pay and growth opportunities in a dynamic, guest-focused setting.

Work directly with the Owner/Operator and leadership team; Sundays off; paid training and scholarship opportunities included, making this a rewarding place to develop as a leader in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in quick-service restaurants or similar settings.
• Experience training or coaching others.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House shifts and provide direction, coaching, and support to Team Members.
• Help coordinate new hire training and ensure hands-on practice for new hires.
• Observe progress, give feedback, and report development needs to leadership.
• Reinforce guest service, order accuracy, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Coach Team Members on Front of House procedures and execution.
• Delegate tasks and verify completion of daily/weekly checklists.
• Coordinate breaks and Team Member placement to support shifts.
• Communicate staffing and operational concerns to leadership.

Position Details
