Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Leadership experience preferred in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, coachable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Passion for serving others and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Front of House Director and senior leadership team to drive results.
