Job summary

Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Front of House Training Shift Leader to guide shifts, coach Team Members, and help new hires build skills and confidence to serve guests well.

Position offers full-time hours, $17.00-$19.00 per hour, and a bonus opportunity. You will work directly with the Owner/Operator and leadership team, with Sundays off and opportunities for leadership development.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in quick-service restaurants or a comparable setting.
• Experience training or coaching others.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House shifts and provide clear direction, coaching, and support to Team Members.
• Help coordinate new hire training and ensure Team Members receive hands-on practice in their assigned roles.
• Observe training progress, give specific feedback, and communicate development needs to the leadership team.
• Reinforce guest service, order accuracy, cleanliness, and food safety standards throughout each shift.
• Coach Team Members on Front of House procedures and consistent execution.
• Delegate tasks and verify completion of daily and weekly checklists.
• Coordinate breaks and Team Member placement to support an efficient shift.
• Communicate staffing, performance, and operational concerns to the leadership team.
• Provide input on Team Member evaluations and address performance concerns in accordance with restaurant procedures.
• Support a positive guest experience and a welcoming environment for Team Members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
