You will work closely with the General Manager and culinary leadership to guide service, train the front-of-house team, and uphold Lowland’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in high-volume or upscale dining.
• Strong understanding of front-of-house operations and service standards.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations with General Manager involvement.
• Lead service periods, ensure proper staffing and organization.
• Maintain floor presence and engage with guests and team members.
• Promote warm, polished hospitality and personalized guest experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally.
• Recruit, train, and schedule front-of-house staff; develop the team.
