Job summary

Deepwell, the newest full-service restaurant from the Kindred Hospitality group, is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead service culture and guest satisfaction. We value a lively, hospitality-driven leader who builds teams and delivers exceptional experiences.

Join a growing local restaurant group known for seasonally driven menus, craft beverages, and a stellar wine list; lead high-volume shifts and collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Front of House Manager or similar leadership role.
• Upscale or fine dining experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with wine, craft beer, and cocktails.
• Experience with POS systems and scheduling software.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of hospitality and service.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
• Manage reservations, seating flow, and service pacing during high-volume shifts.
• Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate menu changes, specials, and service expectations.
• Address guest concerns and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor labor costs, scheduling, and staffing levels to align with service needs.
• Partner closely with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless communication between front- and back-of-house.
• Uphold and enforce health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Support hiring, performance management, and team culture initiatives.
