Job summary

Redwood Smoke Shack is expanding with a new front-of-house manager to lead the guest experience at our Virginia location. You will supervise FOH shifts, train staff, and uphold our Texas-inspired hospitality and barbecue standards.

We seek 2+ years of restaurant management, experience in high-volume fast casual or BBQ, and a calm, organized leadership presence. Competitive salary, growth opportunities, and performance bonuses are offered as the team builds this new store from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• High-volume fast casual or BBQ experience preferred.
• Strong leadership presence and team accountability.
• Detail-oriented, reliable and organized under pressure.
• Numbers-driven with solid communication and problem-solving.
• Hospitality is essential; confident decision-maker.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all FOH shifts and daily supervision during peak service.
• Train and develop FOH staff; enforce performance standards.
• Create a positive but disciplined work environment and tone per shift.
• Manage stock, staff, and sales; drive guest experience and revenue.
