Job summary

Carrabba’s Italian Grill, LLC is seeking a Key Front-of-House leader to support the dining room and management teams. Under direct supervision, this role upholds restaurant standards, fosters guest and team experiences, and ensures effective internal communication across shifts.

The ideal candidate is certified in all FOH functions, legally authorized to work in the United States, and has prior restaurant leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front‑of‑house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
