Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage them to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Schedule FOH personnel following labor guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of FOH areas and equipment.
• Manage beer and liquor inventories and pricing monthly.
• Drive guest satisfaction and staff engagement on the floor.
• Lead service recovery and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures per standards.
• Approve payroll and monitor FOH hours for compliance.
• Ensure FOH team members are certified (TIPS/ServSafe).
• Attend staff meetings and follow Suburban Inns processes.
