• At least one year of restaurant manager experience in a fast-paced, full-service environment.
• Strong stress management and composure.
• Proven leadership and time management abilities.
• Expertise in proper food handling techniques and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house staff including scheduling, training and supervision.
• Ensure opening and closing duties are completed with cleanliness maintained.
• Handle daily deposits and operate POS systems correctly.
• Balance cash drawers and POS daily and nightly.
• Oversee inventory and maintenance of front of house items.
• Provide excellent guest service and strong leadership to staff.
• Enforce health, safety and sanitation standards in area.
• Address guest complaints per guidelines.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Manager to ensure seamless service.
• Assure quality of products leaving kitchen/restaurant.
